[NTLUG:Discuss] Failed Dependacies

I am attempting to install a program from a RPM file (RedHat 7.1) but I
am getting an error that says I am failing depenencies for a shared
library, libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3.  I have verified that this library
exhists and is in my path.  I have also tried placing a link in the
directory I am installing from.  I still get the error.  Does anyone
have an idea why RPM is not seeing the library?
