Are you sure the two sound cards are conflicting and it's not the Ensoniq 
conflicting with a different device?  Also, try putting the Ensoniq in a
different slot.  I had a PC in which my sound card (also an Ensoniq come to 
think of it) and my NIC would only work in one particular configuration of
where they were put.
