[NTLUG:Discuss] ttyS1 woes

I don't think this is a simple serial port conflict - if it is it occurs on
all 3 seperate machines in exactly the same way - I think there must be a
setting to change a given ttySX from a local control port to a modem type
port.
Does anyone have any clue how to configure ttyS1 as a modem vs. a local
control port?
