[NTLUG:Discuss] rpm installation dependency

Hi, my name is Marc and I am fairly new to Linux OS. I'm trying to install
ethereal on a mandrake 7.2 x86 box.  When I try to install the rpm, I get a
message which tells me I've failed the dependency requirement for a file
called ucd-snmp and for a file called libpcap.so.0.
Provided I can find either of these files, where do I put them?
