[NTLUG:Discuss] RH7: Passive FTP refused

Hello:

I set-up a server install of RedHat 7 on one of our machines.

When I try to ftp a file from another machine, I get this
message:

530 Can't open passive connection
Passive mode refused.

I did not do anything beyond a bare-bones install of RH7.

I checked /var/log/messages and there is nothing in there
relating to this.

Anybody have any ideas?
