Most of the legalese in the TOS appears to be standard fare,
(ie We'll kick you if you harrass/cause trouble).

Looking at the @Home AUP, I see many similarities with the
Sprint TOS.

This is not a criticism of Steve Baker but rather /.'s sloppy
journalism.
