[NTLUG:Discuss] upgrading gimp with rpm

When trying to upgrade The Gimp via rpm on RH6.2 system. I get the
following:

error: failed dependencies:
        rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix) <= 4.0-1 is needed by
gimp-libgimp-1.1.29-2mdk

Should I not be using the Mandrake RPM?
I cannot find an rpmlib with "rpm -qa | grep rpmlib". How do I get the
missing files and install them?
