if by SiS PCI you mean a SiS chipset
this should be fine
but in order to take full advantage of it (spec. UDMA IDE)
you will have to get the Unified IDE patch for your kernel
and possibly a fresh kernel source tarbal
both can be found at www.kernel.org
the IDE patch is in the people/hedrick/ directory
