Yeah, I caught that, but when I looked at the web page yesterday, the links
for the newsgroups in question were, e.g., news:ntlug.announce, which means
"use your default news server".  There was no other indication in the text
of the web page as to where the NNTP server was running.

(I just checked the page again; the links are good now.)

`Local' could also have indicated that it was restricted to the surrounding
area; NNTP *does* in fact support Distribution: headers, even if nobody
actually uses those....
