Steve --

When run under Windows 95, the program did permit me to look at, modify
all Linux files. This was under my status in Windows 95 -- nothing more
than an ordinary Win 95 user with no special security arrangements.

It appears to enforce Linux permissions, at least when running under
Windows NT. The program does reveal Linux files, when I run it under
Windows NT as Administrator. I am able to view all Linux files, and to
view and change permissions for all files.

When run under Windows NT as non-Administrator, as an ordinary user, all
Explorer panes are blank/ empty; thus, it doesn't reveal any Linux
partitions, files nor permissions. At least, that's how it worked for
me.
