The only good source of free aerial/satellite photos is the (Microsoft)
'terraserver' site - most of the photo's are too old to show places as
recent as the Nokia complex. (The best photo of Plano was taken in 1995)

Satellite photo's (that are available outside the military) are generally
5 meter resolution or worse - at 15 feet per pixel, you don't see enough
to navigate around dense urban areas.
Terraserver has 1 meter resolution photos of Plano - these are aerial
photos - which are costly to gather and updated rarely.
