[NTLUG:Discuss] SWBell DSL

I had experience *trying* to get SWB to actually install
DSL.  After 4+ weeks of calling and pestering them to
actually do what they said they would do I decided
to go with Concentric.  I've been reasonably pleased
with them so far.
