I'm new to NTLUG, I'm a member of PLUG (I'm currently in the Phoenix,
Arizona area, but may be relocating there soon). Anyhow, your equipment
may differ, but here with USWEST you must specify the external Cisco675
router. The internal card is Windows only (there are no drivers for it in
Linux that I've ever heard of). Otherwise it shouldn't be too bad to set
up. Does that price of $40/mo. include service, or just the DSL
circuit? I currently pay the telco $30/mo. for the circuit and then use
a separate ISP who charges $25/mo. or $200 for the full year for a static
IP. The telco only supplies dynamic IPs here.
