[NTLUG:Discuss] BOING boing ....boing......boing?????

My mail is getting bounced again so I post this from here....

for some strange reason I can only get about 5-10 post onto this list before it starts getting bounced .....again

I have told my MX (iname.com), Hex.net, and now this list

I havent seen any spam recently and I dont think any of my post are spam or abusive. Why am I repeatedly cut off?

I am not b#$%#ing 
just completely lost as to what to do next

please help
