yes!  there are some headaches with the nvidia stuff, but i did get it
to work for the most part.  i use a TNT for the vga card and still use
the ole voodoo II for acceleration.  that's one of the beauties of
linux....one can effectively use some 'not the latest'  hardware.  i
NEVER buy the newest  hardware---why pay more?
