Ah - OK - I *did* misunderstand.  Sorry.  :-)

I don't see a crisis for the people who rate themselves as experts.  Where
this thread started was with how we raise the skills level of all those
hundreds of newbies.

I agree though that it would be nice if there were some parallel sessions
in the first half of the meeting...but I don't see that as something to
panic about.
