Bobby,
For a quick and dirty use sendmail. You'll have to edit the
/etc/sendmail.cw and put in the domain(s) you will be accepting email
for. Edit /etc/sendmail.cf and look for a line in the local info
section that starts with 'Dj$w' and put your main doaminname there.
Make sure you have an account for each user that will be receiving
mail. And then restart sendmail using the init.d script. I can send
you copies of my configs if you need them.
