[NTLUG:Discuss] Mailer do not delete msg

Well as sometimes I'm accussed of being way to curious I did it again:(
I' using k-mail on an KDE WM system.  After setting it up I found the
"DO NOT DELETE" mail message that says it's required for some folder
control.  Well I had to test it out and promptly deleted it.  Now I
can't get the mailer to recreate it.  Any suggestions or comments on if
I really even need this thing.
