So does anyone have any contacts at Pixar?

There has been some debate about whether the Penguin
in Toy Story 2 is intended to be Tux or not - and if
so, what is the intended symbolism?

It sure *looks* like Tux and the guys at Pixar are known
for putting 'Easter Eggs' into their movies for those in
the know.
