what do you complain about?  all the reasons i have for wanting a
static ip addy involve breaking their terms of use agreement... like
running mail servers, web site, ftp server, etc.  yup, i don't plan
on generating a host of bandwidth, but still it's a violation, so
what should i tell them when they want to know *why* i need a static
ip??  tia,
