I'm pretty peeved too. I had (I believe) a great idea for
something to do for the demo day (Write a computer game
in 24 hours - maybe make the local TV - maybe get in the
Guiness book of records...etc). The general view seemed
to be pretty much "Steve don't do this - it'll be a
distraction from our other demo efforts for demo day".

So, in an attempt to be a good group member, I back off
and stop pressing the idea...and what happens...NOTHING!

Obviously I would have distracted everyone from sitting
around in a state of apathy on demo day.  OK, now I
understand.

Geez!

(We still have something like a week - if ten people
email me in the next 48 hours offering help to do it,
I'll restart the idea and we'll make it happen.)
