[NTLUG:Discuss] which tool to do the job with

I got my system connected through a pipeline 75 with my outside world server
connected directly to it.  My server is acting as a gateway between the
pipeline and my intranet with the pipeline as the hop to the world.

Everything works from my primary server, ping, whois, nslookup, netscape, etc.
I'm able to mail out from my internal mail server through the gate and hop.  I
can get ping and nslookup type tools to see out from my mail server as well.

My windows ws can exit my intranet but always gets a host not found on 
external accesses, ping and IE4.  I also found that my outbound mail has
my local hostname and not my public domainname as the reply.

I was having trouble figuring this out and then it just dawned on me:(  I
don't think I have any proxy type server setup!!!  I've got forwarding
compiled in the kernal but not sure anything is confiured.  What would be
the suggested way by the group?  Single out world IP, Class B internal 
using 10.0.0.0/16.
