We are a local company that develops communication products, and are looking
for a Director of Technical Assistance.

Duties for the position are:

    Provide Technical support to customers
    Provide QA test support
    Occasional travel (approximately 4 times per year) to customer sites and
support equipment installation and provide training

The skill set we desire is:

    2+ years of Linux System Administration
    Working knowledge of traditional telephony and VoIP networks (we are
flexible on this skill and can train you if needed)
