This job req for an analyst just came in.  The "analyst" means "not a
developer or programmer".   I asked.  They are really after someone
who knows ISO 8583, or who can "read a spec".

I am looking to fill a fulltime direct-hire Analyst position in
Dallas. The candidate needs to know ISO 8583 (or at least know how to
read a spec.) I was thrilled to find that I had someone in my network
with this experience. Please give me a call if you can consider a
fulltime analyst position in the Dallas/Plano area.

Salary is $80K. I realize this may be low for you but am hoping, since
this is a rare skillset, that you have worked with someone qualified
with ISO who may be coming up the ranks. It may even be a good role
for someone semi-retired who might like to get working again.
