As I told you, one of the the lead developers on our team is leaving(I am<BR>
the other lead). We are deperately looking for a replacement with a VERY<BR>
strong skill set in the following areas:<BR>
<BR>
MQ Series, MQ Workflow, JSP (Java Server Pages), Java Servlets, Java Beans<BR>
and J2EE (not absolutely necessary but would be nice), Oracle (preferably<BR>
version 8i or 9i), Data Modeling (experience with a tool such as Erwin<BR>
would be nice, but not essential), IBM's WAS(Web Application Server), and<BR>
finally, the ability to learn and adapt quickly. We ill be starting the<BR>
application build in 2-3 weeks.<BR>

We need someone ASAP. In fact, the more names you can refer the better, as<BR>
I may have a permanent opportunity upcoming and will be thinking about<BR>
departing myself if the situation is right. Let me say that it is permanent<BR>
in so far as I do not make a joice to change careers to some degree, which<BR>
has always been in the back of my mind as you know!<BR>
