Wallace & Gromit...the finest pair in movie history since Bogart & Bergman and Laurel & Hardy. Together they feature in such great movies as "A Grand Day Out", "The Wrong Trousers" and "A Close Shave". For those who don't know a thing about Wallace and Gromit: They are the creations of Nick Park, the most prominent animator in the service of Aardman Animations. As you will have realized by now, Wallace & Gromit are plasticine figures, in the field which has become known as 'claymation'. Wallace is a man, Gromit's master and a practical inventor. Gromit is the dog, and although he never says a word the expressions Nick gives him speak volumes, and show us exactly what Gromit is thinking.

I really love these two animated personalities. Because of this I dedicate this page to them and all the friends of Wallace & Gromit. I've put all sorts of interesting material together that I've found on the net: pictures, sounds, shortclips, information on Nick Park and Aardman Animation, how to order the videotapes, merchandising, etc. In principal, all the files are NOT on the same server as this home page. Because of limited memory capacity I am only able to present the links to the other pages devoted to Wallace & Gromit. The intention of this page is to serve as a base for all information concerning Wallace & Gromit. So please feel free to mail me any information you want to see implemented on this site. This site is optimized for Netscape 3 and a resolution of min. 800x600. If you got a frame capable browser you can use the navigation task on the left. I hope you will have a fantastic voyage through the universe of Wallace & Gromit!!!

I started the Wallace & Gromit Homepage in December 1995 and it is still growing. From the emails I receive, I know that at least some of you really like this information base. I want to thank everyone who drops me a line or two for supporting me and appreciating my efforts. Feel free to contact me if any information is incorrect or even if some of the writings are completely bullshit. For every new piece of information about the wonderful Wallace & Gromit I am grateful. Just two more remarks: to all those people who think I know Nick Park personally -- I don't! And I don't have his e-mail address. And to those who wants to get their hands on Wallace & Gromit videotapes or merchandise: Before you ask me personally check out the sites presented here first! mf
