I hate to say it.  But this process failed for Bobby.  We had one indian, with 
some needs, and too many chiefs.  Many of the chiefs and the indian never 
seemed to be on the same page.

The process works better with one mentee, one mentor, and a shared vision of 
the problem, and the tools.

If anyone has a better idea on how to organize this process, I am all ears.
