I could have sworn it was in Houston. They are headquatered in NV with a
datacenter in Chicago. I have used them for over a year now. I have one
of their reseller packages which is really nice. Many "unlimited's" for
a small price. If you ask there sales rep's they can usually give you
more bandwidth and storage if you negotiate a little before you sign up.
