I think this is at least partially correct. I remember
hearing statistics a yr or 2 ago that for every
satisfied customer they will tell a few people (lets
say 4, i dont remember the actual numbers), where
every unsatisfied customer will tell (approximately )
13 people. the point it that unsatisfied people are
much more vocal with their opinions.
