Howdy,
   I think MadHat was right on this.  If you understand what was being 
asked, you should know that the only way to do it would be to break the 
security of Microsoft's registration system.  That is because Microsoft's 
system does not just receive information from the user, it generates a key 
that is sent back to the user to enable their system to run more than a 
month.  While I have some theoretical interest in the subject(I have no XP 
systems), I don't think cracking security is what we are about.  We need to 
help Linux produce a better solution.  I think it is already better, but 
your opinion may vary
