[NTLUG:Discuss] miniature x-terminals

All,

I am by no means an expert on this topic so I was hoping I
could get some help wrt X-terminals.   Basically I want
to know if anyone has any success/experience with (very)
small x-terminals (I'm talking sub 12'' diagonal).   If 
you have had experience then please let me know where I can
get information on them.  

Some details:
  o it needs to be small
  o it probably needs to be diskless
  o it needs to be mountable on a flat, vertical surface

Anyone?
