I think we should participate.  The August 18th date is only
the registration date though - we have a lot longer to decide
the details - right?

I vote we ask some major computer stores to let us host Linux
awareness booths inside their stores. That'll insulate us from
the effects of the weather.

Fry's now have two Linux distro's, Quake for Linux and several
other Linux products on sale - they might not be averse to the
idea so long as we promise to be pro-Linux and NOT anti-M$.

Promoting Linux at work is something we probably all do every
day...that's no big deal.
